How much are Russians willing to spend on weekend tours?
Most Russian tourists are not ready to seriously invest in weekend tours: about a quarter of them will not spend more than 5 thousand rubles on such a tour.
In general, such trips – including independent ones – are in demand and tourists in the comments present “real budgets”. Such data was shown by the survey service Tutu, it was attended by about 4,000 respondents. It's about the amount - for two, for two nights.
39% of tourists are not ready to spend more than 5,000 rubles per weekend, another 30% chose the option from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles per trip.
15% of tourists are ready to pay from 10,000 to 15,000 rubles, another 6% - from 15,000 to 20,000 rubles. 10% of respondents agree to go beyond 20,000 rubles.
As for the real costs, travelers shared them in the comments.
“Depends on the direction. In Russia, I would like to meet 10,000 for two. A weekend in Finland (Moscow-Petersburg-Helsinki and back) cost me 17,000 dollars a day.
“We went to Tver for one day together. "Swallow" in one direction for one person - 550 rubles. Rolled on a boat on the Volga - 430 rubles per person. Ate (quite modestly) - 1'500 rubles. Plus little things. So that's 5,000. And that's no sleepover.
Just from Novgorod: 3 days, I got 7’500 with a hotel, the road on the Lastochka from St. Petersburg and back (1’200), a ship on the Volkhov (500), plus food, gifts, city travel (bus – 27 rubles)
There are travelers who do not like such a holiday: "Initially, I am not ready to go on an express trip for 2 days and rush to Europe with a gallop ..." Just got your taste, and it's time to go back.
