How often do tourists travel spontaneously?
OneTwoTrip surveyed 1,500 users and found that 78% of them went somewhere at least once without prior preparation.
Nearly 92 percent enjoyed the trip and are willing to repeat it.
A quarter of respondents (24%) believe that such a trip is better than planned tours.
Unexpected trip 23% of users received as a gift, and the rest organized it themselves. 24% of Russians reported that they themselves made such a surprise.
For spontaneous trips, tourists choose Crimea (5% of customers). St. Petersburg and the Caucasus (3.2% each). Users noted Sochi. Moscow. kaliningrad. permAltai, Kamchatka, Rostov-on-Don.
A quarter of respondents said that they made an unplanned trip to Russia.
Without prior training, the tourists flew to Turkey 6.5% of respondents say that almost a day before departure decided to fly to Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum.
Italy 3.6% of tourists preferred this holiday, 3.3% packed a suitcase for a holiday in one evening. Thailand2.5% are willing to travel spontaneously Georgia and Germany.
Czech Republic, UAE, France, India, Spain, Egypt - these countries were chosen by tourists for a spontaneous holiday.
