The government has increased the number of subsidized flights in Russia

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mishustin signed a decree, according to which the number of domestic flights subsidized from the federal budget is increasing.

The list has increased by 138 positions, we are talking about air communication with Krasnoyarsk. Irkutsk. Chita. Altai. Sochi. Nizhny Novgorod And other cities.

Priority for subsidies under the new list will be given to companies that use modern domestic aircraft. Carriers whose routes are co-financed by the regions also have the right to compensation from the federal budget.

The government stressed that in July, 3 billion rubles were allocated for subsidies. “This will reduce ticket prices for selected destinations. It is expected that about 450,000 additional passengers will benefit from this solution.”
