The press service of Rospotrebnadzor reports that the recommendations for the work of museums in Russia may be softened "taking into account the epidemiological situation."
The Ministry of Culture of Russia proposes that Rospotrebnadzor allow mass events of more than 50 people to be held in museums with an occupancy rate of no more than half and respect for social distance, and mitigate several other coronavirus restrictions.
The Ministry of Culture of Russia appealed to Rospotrebnadzor with a proposal to amend the Methodological Recommendations for preventive measures to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection in museums, museums-reserves, palace and park museums.
