The press service of the regional administration reports that the Governor of the Vladimir region Vladimir Sipyagin removed the restrictions imposed because of COVID-19 from catering establishments.
They must comply with sanitary standards.
“These concessions should have been granted only in the second stage of the removal of restrictions. To make such a difficult and responsible decision I was pushed by unfavorable changes in the labor market. “Cafés and restaurants have not been in operation for so long that it puts their existence at risk,” he said.
The authorities of the region before lifting the restrictions held meetings with representatives of catering organizations. Businessmen reported that during the period of downtime since March, many had to disband labor collectives, and now it is necessary to recruit new staff and retrain them.
It is noted that the business in the field of catering after the opening will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor.
