Turkey offers Russia to open flights on July 15

Turkey has sent a proposal to the Russian authorities to resume flights on July 15 and is waiting for a response. This was reported to Interfax by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Russia Mehmet Samsar.

“The authorities of the two countries are in close contact to open flights in the near future, given that the situation with the epidemic is under control in both countries and taking into account the approaching tourist season.”

According to him, all tourist sites have taken the necessary security measures.

We have invited a delegation that will consist of representatives of relevant Russian agencies to visit Turkey in the near future.

According to the diplomat, the program “Certification of healthy tourism” has started in Turkey: all facilities serving tourists – hotels, restaurants and transport companies – must have a certificate certifying sanitary and hygienic safety.

" . We hope that in the near future we will receive a positive response to our proposals and launch flights between the two countries as soon as possible.”
