What will require Rospotrebnadzor from tourists who decide to fly abroad

Rospotrebnadzor explained the rules of entry for Russians and foreigners arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation by regular air flights from countries with which it is planned to open international flights.

The decree signed by the chief sanitary doctor states: from July 15, 2020, the isolation of persons for 14 days is abolished, but the authorities retain control over the health of those arriving.

Russians arriving on regular flights from foreign countries, when registering for a flight to Russia will have to fill out a special form on the portal of state services, and on the plane – a questionnaire.

For three calendar days upon arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation, they are obliged to pass a test for coronavirus by PCR and upload the test results to the specified form on the State Service portal.

Tests for COVID-19 made abroad, such as in Turkey, will not be counted.

Foreigners upon entry into Russia provide information about the negative result of the study of material on COVID-19 by PCR, selected not earlier than 3 calendar days before arrival in the Russian Federation.

In the absence of a medical document confirming a negative result, intourists are obliged to undergo a laboratory examination in the territory of the Russian Federation by PCR method for 3 calendar days.

On the plane, foreign travelers fill out a questionnaire in English or Russian. Foreigners may not be allowed on board the aircraft without a medical document confirming a negative PCR test result for COVID-19 (if the airline decides).

Rospotrebnadzor reports that the isolation of persons arriving from foreign countries on export flights is still valid.
